# How to Place Your First Order on the HMG Portal

## Learn how to quickly fill out the order form and generate a ticket in the HMG portal.

Here is a full transcript of the steps covered in the video:

1. Once you are logged in, click the **"Order Now"** button on your dashboard.
2. A form will appear. First, select the **Shipment Country**.
3. Next, choose the **Shipment Type** and enter the **Container Details**.
4. Finally, **upload the required documents** from your computer.
5. Once all fields are filled, click **"Submit"**.
6. A ticket will be generated automatically for your order, and our team will be notified. You will also receive a confirmation email.
